With deep gratitude and pride, we announce that R. Dennis Rasor has retired effective June 30, 2021

Dennis was one of ARP’s founding partners, and he contributed greatly to the success of our firm, by instilling his values of hard work, determination, and legal excellence. Over the span of his 48+ year career, Dennis took dozens of cases to trial, and defended thousands of other medical malpractice and medical device cases.     He received numerous awards and recognitions throughout his illustrious career.       Some of Dennis’s outstanding qualities include his rigorous attention to detail; his ability to grasp complicated medical concepts, which has enabled him to stand toe-to-toe with the medical experts he has examined; and his powerful story-telling, which has captivated many juries (and friends) over the years.     Dennis has had a significant impact on many in our profession, and has mentored many of us at ARP to become better lawyers and people.       He will be deeply missed, but we wish Dennis the best as he embarks on new retirement adventures.
