Mr. Gill concentrates his practice in Railroad and General Tort litigation in state and federal courts. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2004 and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2009, where he is a member of the Trial Bar. He is also admitted to other midwestern U.S. District Courts in Missouri, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Indiana.

 

Born in St. Charles, Illinois, Mr. Gill earned his B.S. in Biology with a minor in French, from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana in 2001, where he was on the Division I Men’s Gymnastics team. He received his J.D. from DePaul University in 2004.

 

Mr. Gill’s experience extends to all phases of litigation, including multiple jury trials to verdict, appellate advocacy, binding arbitration, pretrial conferences, and alternate dispute resolutions. Mr. Gill takes pride in his ability to recognize and respond to client needs.
