Jennie Miskell concentrates her practice in civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice defense and long-term care, representing physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers in a variety of specialties.

Ms. Miskell has considerable experience in all phases of litigation from pre-suit investigation up to and including trial. Prior to joining Anderson Rasor & Partners, LLP, Ms. Miskell worked at other prominent Chicago firms where she gained extensive experience in a variety of complex and catastrophic injury cases including railroad-related personal injury cases filed under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) cases.

Ms. Miskell has received the distinction of “Emerging Lawyer” from Law Bulletin Media every year since 2018.  Emerging lawyers are identified by their peers to be among the top lawyers who are age 40 or younger or have been practicing for no more than 10 years, and who have demonstrated outstanding aptitude for the practice of law in the early stages of their legal career. Less than 2% of all lawyers licensed in each state have received the distinction of Emerging Lawyer.
