Sandra Iorio was admitted to the Bars of Illinois, Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Eastern District of Wisconsin in 1994.  She graduated from Marquette University in 1991, Delta Phi Alpha, and received her J.D. from Marquette University cum laude in 1994, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Awards for Federal Courts and Conflict of Laws.  She was a judicial clerk for the Hon. Jennifer Duncan-Brice in the Circuit Court of Cook County prior to starting her litigation career.

Ms. Iorio was previously selected on of the “40 Under 40” attorneys to watch in Illinois, as well as a Leading Lawyer annually since 2016.

Her practice is focused on litigation, both trial and appellate court matters, as well as pre-suit investigation and resolution.  Sandra practices in the areas of medical malpractice, sexual assault by healthcare providers, general and premises liability, insurance coverage related to institutional contracts, violation of the ADA and Illinois Humans Rights Act, and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in the state and federal court system in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Montana and Indiana, as well as before the Illinois Department of Human Rights, City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations, Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Responsibility and the Social Security Administration. She has successfully tried cases to verdict involving allegations of medical negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and oppression of a minority shareholder.
