Mr. Liebert graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago. While in law school, Mr. Liebert was the Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Legislation. He also was elected by his fellow students to serve on the Honor Council in the Notre Dame London Program.
Mr. Liebert was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2013 and Florida Bar in 2022, and is admitted to several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. Mr. Liebert’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of Medical Malpractice Litigation, Hospital Liability Defense, Long-Term Care Litigation, Railroad Litigation, and Administrative Hearings. Mr. Liebert’s experience extends to all phases of litigation, including multiple jury trials to verdict, appellate advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution involving multi-million dollar claims. Mr. Liebert serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of Healthy Teens, an organization dedicated to empowering youth to make positive, healthy decisions.
