Christopher T. Scolire has been admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Railroad, General Tort, and Medical Malpractice Litigation. Mr. Scolire earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, Public Law and Judicial Process, from Carthage College in 2007, where he also was a member of the baseball team. He earned his J.D., as well as a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, from The John Marshall Law School in 2012. During law school, he was a member of one of John Marshall's national moot court competition teams, and received the distinction of Dean's List in multiple semesters. He worked for Anderson, Rasor & Partners throughout law school as a paralegal, and assisted in the defense of railroads, hospitals, and physicians. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. He has been selected to the Illinois Rising Stars list since 2017, and also selected as an Illinois Emerging Lawyer since 2019.
