Celeste Elsey was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2021. She joined Anderson Rasor and Partners in 2021 as an associate attorney. Since 2013 Ms. Elsey has been a registered nurse. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Loyola University of Chicago. Her prior career as a nurse included both clinical and administrative nursing roles. She remained in a nursing role and continued her nursing career throughout her legal education. She later received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul College of Law where she also received a Certificate in Health Law.
