Anderson, Rasor & Partners, LLP, Welcomes New Associates!
Anderson, Rasor & Partners, LLP, is pleased to announce the hiring of three new associates: Rebecca S. Alexander, Jonathon D. Beissinger and Celeste M. Elsey.
Rebecca Alexander earned her B.S. in Public Health from The Ohio State University in 2015, graduating with honors. Ms. Alexander went on to earn her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2018 where she also earned a Graduate Certificate in Health Law from the Hall Center for Law and Health.
Prior to joining Anderson, Rasor & Partners, Ms. Alexander worked at a Chicago litigation firm where her practice focused on employment litigation, whistleblower/qui tam litigation, State and Federal criminal defense, and commercial litigation.
Jonathan Beissinger earned his B.A. in history from Princeton University in 2013, and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Mr. Beissinger represented clients with work discrimination claims in mediations conducted through the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) as part of Loyola’s mediation clinic. He also served as Secretary of the Latino Law Students Association. In addition, throughout law school he worked as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm specializing in medical malpractice.
Before joining Anderson, Rasor & Partners, Mr. Beissinger worked as a personal injury attorney in Chicago primarily handling motor vehicle cases and premises liability cases.
Celeste Elsey received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Since 2013 Ms. Elsey has been a registered nurse; her nursing career included both clinical and administrative nursing roles. In 2019, she received her J.D. from DePaul College of Law where she also earned a Certificate in Health Law. Ms. Elsey continued to work as a nurse throughout law school.
Ms. Elsey’s practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice, nursing home defense, and general liability defense.
