The Illinois Office of Health Information Technology has formed an Illinois Health Information Exchange Legal Task Force. Click here for a copy of the public announcement describing the goal of the Task Force and the workgroups involved. Patricia Foltz has been appointed co-chair of the Liability workgroup.
