Marilee Clausing has been selected to speak at the 2011 Annual Conference of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM). Marilee is slated to speak on the topic "Inside A Jury Deliberation: Mock Trial Deliberation & Analysis."
The conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2011. It will be held March 23-25 in
Marilee earned a B.S.N. and worked as a Registered Nurse in the area of high-risk obstetrics before receiving her J.D. Her extensive trial experience, combined with her obstetrical nursing background, led her to develop the Birth Trauma Defense Team at Anderson, Rasor and Partners, LLP. Marilee is a nationally renowned speaker on medical legal matters involving hospitals, physicians, nurses and physician assistants.
The Council is the largest fully inclusive defense organization, comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, risk managers, insurance professionals, claims adjusters and attorneys.
