Rachael Levy concentrates her practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Long Term Care Litigation. Ms. Levy has extensive litigation experience and has successfully tried one case to verdict. Ms. Levy obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan with a major in political science and a minor in history. She obtained her Juris Doctor at Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Chicago-Kent, she competed on the trial advocacy team and was a semi-finalist at both the American Association for Justice National Student Trial Advocacy competition and the George Washington White Collar Crime Mock Trial Invitational. Upon graduation, she received the Bar and Gavel Award for outstanding service to the students, the school, and the community. Prior to joining Anderson, Rasor & Partners, LLP, Ms. Levy worked at two prestigious plaintiff personal injury firms concentrating in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. Her prior experience as a plaintiff’s attorney has given her unique perspective and insight in defending medical malpractice and long term care litigation cases. Ms. Levy currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Chicago Bar Association’s Alliance for Women. She also serves on the Chicago Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee. In addition, she is active with the Jewish National Fund Future Leadership Board and the Jewish United Fund Young Lawyer’s Division.
