Born in Chicago, Ms. Lalmalani received her B.A. from Northwestern University and her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. Ms. Lalmalani also holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the School of International Service at American University.

She serves on the Board of Directors for the Asian American Bar Association Foundation and serves on the Advisory Council for the Public International Law & Policy Group.
